As a reminder, the meeting room reservation process at Arapahoe Library District has changed. Meeting room reservations are now made on a recurring basis, four months at a time. For information on when patrons can reserve meeting rooms on a recurring basis, for meetings scheduled for January through April 2010, please see our Meeting Room Guidelines.

Meeting Room Guidelines

Because Arapahoe Library District offers meeting space free of charge for nonprofit organizations, and at a very minimal cost to for-profits or local businesses, we often experience a high volume of meeting room requests. Even with a high volume of requests, it is important to the Library District that individuals who are reserving meeting rooms have a positive and seamless experience doing so. This is why we decided to re-evaluate the meeting room reservation process and look for opportunities to make it more efficient and customer-friendly. Meeting room reservations are now made on a recurring basis, four months at a time. Priority will be given to those who submit their applications online.

Meeting Rooms Policy

As a public institution, the Arapahoe Library District provides open access to all forms of educational, cultural and recreational information including ideas and the free expression of all points of view. In keeping with these principles, the Arapahoe Library District provides meeting room space for members of the local community to present and exchange points of view on subjects of all kinds. The meeting rooms are available to all nonprofit, community and for-profit/business groups, regardless of their beliefs or affiliations.

Print a Meeting Room Application

If you prefer to print out a meeting room application, you may print this PDF version. Meeting reservations submitted online will be given preference.
