Finding Free Quality Health Information Online

In the age of the World Wide Web, it is not too difficult to find quality consumer health information online. Have a look at Arapahoe Library’s consumer health links and you will find some excellent choices. But, if you want to research further into academic or peer-reviewed articles, the task becomes a little bit harder. Fortunately, as time goes on, online medical journals with free full-text articles are on the rise but in most cases, a period of time is allowed to lapse (months to several years) before they become available free of charge.
