The Same on the Inside

Wondering what to say when your child asks about skin color?

Kids Activities Blog came up with this easy way to show toddlers and preschoolers that we're all the same on the inside.

Find white and brown eggs or dye them in bright colors using food coloring and vinegar. Crack the shell and let your child see that even though the eggs looked different on the outside, they're still the same egg once the shell is off.

Even better: hard boil them ahead of time and eat them when you're done!

No eggs in the house? M&Ms are a great substitute.
