Denver Rescue Mission – Lawrance Street Shelter

Offers emergency shelter and care for the homeless. Home of the New Life Program which many people use to escape homelessness and poverty. Also houses the Lawrance Street Community Center, a day shelter for those experiencing homelessness which provides a safe place for those wishing to avoid the dangers of drug abuse, theft, and abuse.

The Denver Rescue Mission places transgender individuals based on the gender reflected on the ID/Driver's License. DRM is a Christian organization but does not require its participants to be Christian or attend church services to receive aid.
