Offers temporary, emergency housing, food and clothing to meet the basic needs of the homeless women and children. With case management, referrals to resources within the community and help with transportation, residents of Sacred Heart House of Denver identify and begin solving problems that led to their homelessness. Through their Follow-Up and Transitional Housing Programs, former residents receive continued support in their struggle to live independently and avert future homelessness.
