INXS blended rock, new wave and funk influences, creating a distinctive sound that propelled them to chart-topping success. Known for hits like "Need You Tonight," "New Sensation," and "Devil Inside," INXS achieved critical acclaim and won numerous awards, including Grammy nominations. Tragically, Michael Hutchence's untimely death, opens a new window in 1997 marked the end of an era for the band, but their legacy lives on as pioneers of the Australian music scene.
