Patron Privacy Policy

Colorado State Law provides for patron privacy. The Arapahoe Library District fully supports and will uphold the patron's right of privacy in the use of libraries. The Library District cannot ensure patron privacy when patrons access third party vendors for electronic resources through the Library’s website.
