Online Meeting Room Application

Arapahoe Library District offers meeting space at no charge to all nonprofit, community and for-profit/business groups, regardless of their beliefs or affiliations. A fee will be charged to groups using the meeting rooms outside of regular facility business hours. The meeting rooms are not available for private parties or gatherings.

Minimum attendance for our meeting rooms is 7. Maximum attendance (15-200) depends on the size of the room reserved. Small study rooms are available in some of our libraries for groups size 1-6.

Meeting room reservations are made on a recurring basis, four months at a time. Priority will be given to those who submit their applications online. If you are interested in receiving notification of upcoming signups, please provide us with your email.

For meetings scheduled January 2015-April 2015:
For meetings scheduled January 2015-April 2015: we will accept applications for the Koelbel, May, Castlewood, Smoky Hill, Southglenn and Kelver libraries starting at 7:00 am online on Tuesday, November 18th, 2014.

Sheridan library has a Meeting room as well as a Conference room available to reserve. The Conference room holds up to 12 people and may also be reserved as a Studio (for a maximum of 3 people). To reserve the Conference Room/Studio at Sheridan, please call 303-LIBRARY (303-542-7279). At that time, please indicate equipment you will need (for example, the mobile media cart for the studio) to ensure it is available. Please review the Studio guidelines prior to calling to make your reservations.

Koelbel Library meeting rooms will be closed in August due to remodeling and reopen in the spring of 2015. While the Meeting Rooms at Koelbel Library are closed for remodeling, we do have meeting rooms available at our Administration Building from September through December. To make a room reservation there, please call 303-LIBRARY. Reservations for the Administration Building Meeting Rooms must be made prior to 24 hours in advance.

Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority will be given to individuals who submit their applications online; however, we also accept print applications. The applications will be accepted in the following order of priority:

* In-person/drop-off during library hours
* Mail

Since there is a high volume of requests, it is possible the online system will experience slowdowns, especially early in the day. Study Rooms
