Koelbel Library has the following spaces available for reservations:
Three meeting rooms of various sizes for groups between 7-108.
- Projection system with sound and HDMI/VGA hookup
- Microphones
- Podium
- Whiteboard
One meeting room with sofas and chairs.
A 39-seat theater for performances, film screenings and lectures.
3 study rooms for individuals or up to 6 people.

- TV screen with HDMI/VGA hookup

Ramp access to main entrance with automatic doors. Restrooms have ADA push button operators and a single stall restroom is available.
Items available for in-library use:- Assistive devices available at all library locations, a mobility scooter, a walker with a seat, various magnifiers, a GO Talk Communicator, personal amplifier, Perkins Brailler and noise-cancelling headphones
- Sensory Support Kits for ages 0-5
- In-Library Use Boxes for Adult Day Program Groups
