"This was great. It was well organized and fun. It also just really helps make author events accessible to a broad range of people that can't always swing the costs around events at bookstores. "

"This was a wonderful event, and I cannot believe it was free. My children had an amazing time, loved watching the lion dancers, the Viking performers, the mini horse unicorns, the realistic dinosaur in costume, the bounce house, the crafts, the music, and the churros. This was incredible, and we so appreciate the work and effort and kindness of all the staff and vendors."
Roar and Lore: Creatures of Wonder, June 2026
"I brought my grandchildren to the event. They made wings, masks, enjoyed the bounce house, saw some reptiles, met a wild bird, watched and fought with the vikings using pool noodles, and so many other fun activities. We use the libraries frequently and I am so grateful for all the services and opportunitues we find every time we visit."
