How to request a box
In-library use boxes for day program groups are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Visit the front desk to ask a staff member. Once you have the box, you are welcome to take it wherever in the library you will be most comfortable using it.*
When you have finished with the box, please put everything back inside and return it to the front desk. Please also let staff know if it looks like something is missing or not working properly. There are no penalties for reporting damaged items; we just want to make sure everything is working well for the next group.
*Meeting rooms and study rooms are reservable up to 60 days in advance. You can book them online at arapahoelibraries.org/spaces, opens a new window, over the phone at 303-542-7279 or by speaking with a staff member in person.
Feedback and suggestions
Each box has a feedback folder. On the left side of the folder you should see blank paper surveys. The survey is three questions long and you are welcome to fill out as much or as little as you like. On the right side of the folder is a large envelope for completed surveys. We appreciate any feedback you would like to share, positive or constructive.
