The Colorado Springs Housing Authority (CSHA) is opening pre-applications for 1-bedrooms at Franklin Square and Southview Plaza apartments. Applications will only be accepted online starting Wednesday, September 02, 2026 at 12:00 P.M. (MDT) through Friday, September 4, 2026 at 12:00 P.M. (MDT).
