Let's celebrate the beautiful cultures of our world and share them with books! Young children need to see themselves in the books they read to help create identity. Stories provide a gateway to worlds and cultures different from our own and help broaden our understanding of each other.
Multicultural Children's Book Day is the last Friday of January every year. January 26, 2023, marks the 10-year anniversary of this special day and provides a wonderful opportunity to help children explore their own personal culture as well as learn more about others.
