Community Resource Specialists Appointment Form

Schedule a 1 hour in-person (or phone) appointment with a Community Resource Specialist at an available time using the form below.

• Patron appointments can be scheduled for a maximum duration of one hour per appointment. This will allow our team to have increased access to a greater number of library patrons.
• To be as fair as possible to all, library patrons may only reserve one appointment at a time and can only be scheduled up to 30 days in advance.
• Patrons are not able to request to speak with a specific member of the CRS team as Community Resource Specialists take turns visiting each library location, and the schedule varies from week to week.
• To ensure fair access to appointments and keep our schedule running smoothly, appointments may be canceled if a patron hasn’t arrived within 10 minutes of their scheduled time.
