If items are not properly boxed, the driver cannot accept the donation. Boxes should not be overfilled, keeping in mind the safety of our couriers and volunteers that will handle the boxes. Boxes of books will be readily available in a garage or outside the home. The driver is unable to enter the home to pick up the donation.
