It is the intent of the Arapahoe Library District to adhere to the provisions of the U.S. Copyright Law, (Title 17, United States Code) as it may be amended from time to time.
In accordance with the copyright law, the Library District will provide appropriate notification to patrons warning of copyright restrictions. The user of copyrighted material is responsible for compliance with the law and the Library District is not liable for any willful infringement of the copyright law by the user.
The library reserves the right to refuse to accept a copying request that, in its judgment, would involve a violation of the copyright law.
