When and where can I get walk-in technology help?
- Monday – Friday: 3–7 pm
- Saturday – Sunday: 1–5 pm

What kind of help does the Technology Specialist team provide?
Our goal is to empower you in the world of technology. We can help you learn and troubleshoot all sorts of devices such as laptops, smartphones and tablets, as well as give suggestions on a variety of tech questions you may have. We can also teach you how to use the library's digital resources, 3D printers, creative spaces, digitization stations and other technologies.
Are there limits to the tech help you provide?
Our role is to teach you how to use technology effectively. We do not provide computer repair services, but we can help you find somewhere that does!
Can I book an appointment for tech help?
The Technology Specialist team is walk-in only, but our Librarian team is happy to schedule an appointment for technology help through our Ask a Librarian service.
Can I get tech help over the phone?
The Technology Specialist team does not provide help over the phone, and some issues are easier to solve in person. You can contact us with questions and we will point you in the right direction.
