Meeting Room Reservation Change on March 1, 2016

As of March 1, 2016, there will be a change in our meeting room sign up process. In order to simplify the process, we have replaced our current trimester reservation system with a three-month rolling calendar. Therefore, meeting rooms will now be available for reservations three months at a time.

For questions regarding this change, please email us.

Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority will be given to individuals who submit their applications online. The applications will be accepted in the following order of priority:

* Online
* Phone: 303-LIBRARY (303-542-7279): ALD Answers is available to take your call Monday through Thursday 9 am to 9 pm, Friday and Saturday 9 am to 7 pm, and Sunday 12 pm to 6 pm.

For more information, call 303-LIBRARY (303-542-7279), email, or read the complete Meeting Room Policy and Meeting Room Guidelines.

Study Rooms
Got a big project you’re working on? Need a place for a study group? Many of our libraries offer study rooms, for use by up to 6 people. Study rooms are available during open library hours. Whenever you might need some extra space or a quiet place, reserve a study room.
