Sheridan and Englewood Housing Voucher Wait List – Open for 2 Days ONLY!!

Innovative Housing Concepts will open the application period for its two Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) programs’ lottery pool at 8:00 a.m. on January 26th, 2026. The lottery pool application period will close on January 27th, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. The two Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher programs are the Englewood Housing Authority HCV program and the Sheridan Housing Authority HCV program. Both lottery pools will be active until December 31st, 2027.  Applications for the lottery pool will be available online at: www.innovativehousingportal.org, opens a new window. Applications will only be accepted online.  Applications for the lottery pool WILL NOT be available at the housing authority office. Both the Englewood Public Library and the Sheridan Public Library will have computers available to complete the application, if needed. The application program will work on a smart phone.
