STUDY ROOMS
Looking for a space to study on your own or with a small group? Study rooms are available at no charge and include a whiteboard, digital screen and a table and chairs.
- Please read the Study Room Guidelines before reserving a room
- Bookable for a maximum of 3 hours a day per group
- Can be booked up to 60 days in advance
MEETING ROOMS
Looking for a large space to host a meeting or presentation? Meeting rooms and conference rooms are equipped with projector, whiteboard, tables and chairs all available at no charge to both non-profit and for-profit groups.
- Please read the Meeting Room Guidelines before reserving a room
- Can be booked up to 60 days in advance
- Light catering options are available for events hosted at Smoky Hill and Koelbel libraries.

ROOM RESERVATIONS

Study and meeting room reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance.

The library and library staff will be unavailable after closing, but you will have access to your meeting room in addition to the restrooms.

All meetings must end by 10 pm. The building will be secured at 10:15 pm and an alarm will sound after that time if the doors are opened.

Library staff are not available after the library closes. For after-hours reservations, users should plan to be self-sufficient. After-hours reservations must begin at least 30 minutes prior to the library closing, so, you should plan to use that time to set up the room and ask any questions of staff.

The library will not be accessible after regular closing hours. You must check in with staff prior to the library closing to use meeting rooms after hours.
