New Americans' Playaway Kits will help to develop your listening skills and let you read some classics. Each kit includes a book and an audio player. Check out a kit and use your earbuds to listen to a story as you read. You can slow down the speed, pause and restart again. 

Overdrive/Libby offers a collection of eBooks and audiobooks to help you learn English and practice basic reading. Learn how to sign up with your library card.

Gale Courses includes English learning modules such as Grammar for ESL and Writing for ESL. Look for them in the Language and Arts section. Library card needed to get started.

LinkedIn Learning will help you gain more professional and business-related vocabulary. Search their catalog, opens a new window for communication and English to find mini-trainings relevant to you. Use the transcript feature and slow the video to 75% to learn pronunciation and phrases. You will be ready for your next interview or work presentation in no time!
